I asked for a bagel. Toasted. With butter and lite on cream cheese. There was no creamcheese in it. So i brought it back. They gave me another one. Loaded with creamcheese a no butter... Should i go back a 3rd time or just never go again??
Not like I have a high bar when it comes to Timmies, but this has got to be consistently the worst service I've ever received at one.
MoreI love this Tim Hortons for its Modern building, scenic views and Timmys is always a consistent menu. However 4 stars instead of 5 because its a logistical nightmare in the parking lot. The mobile app has been a miracle. We can now at least order, run in and grab our coffees and snacks without the frustrating experience of navigating their drive thru.
MoreIn store service was like we take your order we give you number and you wait while we serve all the drive through customers.. I had to ask when I was able to get the rest of my order because they brought me my order one item at a time then I had to ask for a bag.. The guy in line in front of me was waiting a while as well.. Total poop show.. I attest that if I worked like that..I'd expect to not be employed very much longer..
MoreWent to the drive thru for coffee waited 5 mins for someone to answer on our intercom cars that came after us went ahead on the other line poor service.
MoreThey care more about the drive through customers than they do walk ins. Slow slow slow....
MoreDirtiest Tim Hortons I have been to. Really dirty bathrooms, bad service.
Great place to stop at after driving in from BC, on the service road of the highway.
MoreWrong order, no receipt; when tried to correct, still wrong items, charged twice for same thing, slow, cold food on the end, except for coffee. Not my best Timmy's experience.
MoreJust came from BC and this one Timmies just beat all the tims I've been to in BC. Nothing was stale, the tea was steeped properly, even the coffee was better! Very happy!
MoreLong wait and not very well managed. We decided to go inside because the drive-through lineup was backing up in the parking lot. There had only one order taker. The showcase inside was almost empty and they prioritize the drive-through. I understand they have a certain time to serve customer but it should not mean neglecting in store guests. Food was decent but we had to wait over 10mins for 2 bagels and 2 coffees. It was easy to see that they did not have enough staff for a December 23rd. The cashier was feeling embarrassed to let us know they ran out of hashbrowns and sausages. Pretty much the only option we had for a breakfast was the 3 different kind of bagels they had left.I t was not a good experience for us which happens too often at this location. Terrible customer service.
MoreThis tims is very well operated and the folks here get very little respect for how well the store runs.It is one of the busiest tims ive ever seen outside of a citys core and they still manage to get nearly every order right. The staff is acceptionally polite and i rarely see them not smiling.
MoreBe patient here. Waiting line for food is long. Too long for any Tim Horton standards. Do be ready to wait up to 20 min for food during regular season. the Drinks were fast though
MoreNever have food . Worst Tim's ever .
I went in with two families to this Tim's...messed up both of our orders badly. Quite the train wreck here. :-( Line was so long that it wasn't worth going back in line to correct what we ordered.
MoreNew and cozy with a touch of vintage and modern interior design.
The coffee and the bagel were excellent. But with the amount of staff tripping over each other and the resulting poor food service deminished the experience.
MoreI went to this Tim hortons Sunday June 2nd through the drive through and a girl named Jasmine helped us. She was so patient with our large order and was extremely clear with her words. She made sure our order was exactly how we wanted before we drove up and it was so stress free.God bless Jasmine and her family. Truly a great experience.
MoreThey didn’t have egg bagel or grill cheese bread when I went. I was shocked cause usually I love Tim’s and they are always reliable but this disappointed me.
MoreThe social distancing procedures were a joke. We waited for our names to be called to pick up our drinks as they sit on the counter for 15 minutes. Wouldn’t bother going back.
MoreThey had no chilli or any soups available at 7:30pm. (Nor timbits or donuts) Garbage overflowing and lots everywhere. All tables dirty. Very dissatisfied with this location. Would not recommend.
MoreWe stopped for a coffee, parked the car, this rabbit hops out, stands on hind legs, and happily eats some crisps!
MoreMy son says 'the bagels taste better in Canmore.'
This Tim Hortons is slow. Took 10 minutes to handle just 3 customers in queue. My coffee was perfect though. Seating space is clean and ample for about 20 people. View outside the window is beautiful. I expect it to be very busy during the tourist season.
MoreVery poor customer service. I was visiting Banff and went there for breakfast. I asked for Potato wedges and they gave me cold one’s. When i asked for the fresh one they just heated that in steamer (possibly). Never Ever Go there. If i can give negative marks, i will for sure give them.
MoreBy far the worst Tim's we've ever been to! Stopped by on our cold and rainy motorcycle ride, hoping for a nice hot soup and toasted sandwich. When we finally got our order after waiting 10 minutes, the soup was room temperature and the bread on our "toasted" sandwich was cold and limp, the ham and cheese on the inside wasn't even warm, and was excessively smothered in mayo. It was so disgusting I couldn't even finish eating it, even though it cost us $22 for two sandwich and soup meals!! Tim Hortons will never get another cent out of us.
MoreNice location, clean, friendly staff. Handled like most of the locations in this chain.
MoreI love Timmy's cant wait till there are a bunch in America!
May be in havnt been to tims lately often. But self ordering kiosk is amazing
New to the area and a fan of Tim Hortons we decided to grab breakfast when passing through. Food is as expected BUT customer service is appalling. Supervisor Said was rude to a customer in front of us and when we were ordering he was talking into his headset and practically ignoring us. He then forgot to give us our Tim Bits. Rude, bad customer service and a horrible attitude all qualities that are NOT worthy of customer relations. I strongly advise head office to rethink his supervisory level as I am only one of thousands of tourists that pass through this area and if this was my first experience with Tim Hortons I would never try another store and would, by word of mouth, advise everyone to try another food chain and avoid.
MoreTheir debit machine doesn't work, and caused my debit card to become locked. Never going to a Tim Hortons again.
MoreA nice scenic view from the inside but nothing more. Slowest Tim Horton in Canada I think. Dirty and disgusting washrooms.
MoreStaff prioritize drive through over in store customers hugely. Long long wait times no matter what time of the day or year, 10+ people in line when there’s only 1/3 tills open. Takes on average 9 minutes for them to make a sandwich after ordering.
MoreDecent coffee if you need something quick, but if you've got the time, there are a dozen better options with nicer atmospheres
MoreVery busy on weekends. Almost all varieties of Tim Horton is available. Drive through and take away. All fresh and healthy. Lots of parking available. Besides gas station. Cool atmosphere.
MoreWhat's to say that hasn't already been said. Tim Hortons is a national treasure. It's worth the wait, and there was definitely a wait at this location. I got a rewards card!
MoreNever have had a poor experience at a Tim Hortons until this place last Friday. Waited 30 minutes for food! I understand that it was a Friday evening of the long weekend, but to wait 30 minutes for food at a fast food restaurant is a bit outrageous. And for an employee to make a comment to all the unhappy customers inside to settle down and that there was only 2 people (for both the drive-thru and customers inside) making food. Out of the 10 people taking orders that were standing around doing nothing, someone could have helped the 2 employees make food! My family and I definitely enjoy the food at Tim Hortons, but it's unfortunate that I will not be a patron of this location again. Poor customer service and scheduling by management.
MoreGot my order and only at the hotel discovered that the donuts weren't in the bag only the main meal. Tried to call but was told number isn't in use
More*Update December 2019*This place has some pretty bad service. One time I did a mobile order and the staff blamed us for them not making the order. We clicked prepare now in our apps and they never started it. (-Like another review said, good location but they are understaffed and they're only using 1 of the 3 tills during rush hour which is annoying when I'm in a rush)
MoreTook five minutes to get a single drink with seemingly nobody else in the store or in drive-thru. Staff were friendly and apologetic
MoreWashroom doesn't work, very slow to get our food. Parking is the worst.
Worst tims in all of Canada I regret going there. They don't know how to explain how the points works and they don't know how to make the food properly
MoreThey made a mistake on my order and made no apologies only told me it was my fault. I contacted Tims after the negative experience and a few days later I got a generic response and haven’t heard anything further. For $3 tims could have made me a happy customer but instead they got defensive. I’ll avoid this store given the other surplus of options in the area.
MoreI've reviewed numerous Tim's establishments, and the reviews are basically the same every time. The coffee is just okay, the doughnuts are a shadow of what they once were. I occasionally enjoy the sandwiches when I have a gift card, and the Iced Capps are a great summertime treat. This location gets a BUNCH of traffic year-round from anyone making the trek from Calgary to the mountains or vice versa. The line-up is always lengthy. The staff do a great job of keeping up and getting people through. If you need a coffee break this is a decent place to stop, but a few extra minutes drive INTO Canmore will yield several superior coffee options.
MoreNice places, nice coffe.
Great location off the highway. Was there last night and it took 25 min to get a sandwich and an iced coffee. Thought there was an issue with the order so I asked the till employee and they said it’ll come out in a bit. For a “fast food” this was certainly anything but fast.
MoreLittle confused staff, but still they doing good.
Quick and friendly
When we stopped by they were out of everything. The staff was rude and although we were the only ones there didn't want to bother answering any questions. Tim Hortons should be embarrassed by this store and how badly managed it is.
MoreBad bad bad bad bad service. Don't deserve even 1 star... They were so bad in service.
